Why do I say this?

Sarah Lacy writes today - Why aren't more Indians using twitter ? My response is this much.

Facebook has it's 2nd highest penetration in India . So, all the ignorance arguments , are thrown out of the roof.

Few points to illuminate -:

a) External agencies cannot measure location, in mobile devices, if geotagging is not enabled.

b)Twitter is a very mobile centric medium, and by default, Geotagging does not come enabled in Indian popular mobile devices. That is ofcourse, one more blog.
