It is quite an interesting article which provides for food for thought. There is a lot of jubilation in elitist circles that the SC stay is a victory. But the reality remains that due to brute force the legislation will come through someday or the other.
What is the choice? I genuinely belive that most of the anti-quota lobby are against this because they percieve this legislation as a social divider . The only solution would be for religious Hindu leadership to provide a common front which can get rid of caste based divisions.
Issues like temple entry should not a concern otherwise the thoughtfull elite of this society might feel the heat in near future.
Also, social outlook predominantly needs to change by upper caste dignitaries to lower caste people.
